Healthier Option

Most of the recipes used in our monthly menus can be made healthier simply by using vegetable spray or even water in place of oils where appropriate, and substituting low-fat, reduced-fat or non-fat soups, sour cream, cream cheese, and low sodium packaged broth, soy sauce and similar products
