Raspberry Brownie Bites

Ummm.... yum!  :)  I'm not sure where this 'recipe' originated, I got it from my Mother-in-law.
Pretty sure that's one of the best places to get a recipe... from your Mother-in-law.
I say, "recipe" because I've never been given an actual recipe for these bits of deliciousness.
So bear with me and I'll explain to you how to create and devour them...
All you need is some brownies.  However you like them or whatever you have on hand.  I just baked some up from a mix.  You could make them from scratch if you want also.  The way my Mother-in-law makes them is with mini muffin tins, so they're a cute little round brownie cupcakes.  I just cut my cooled, prepared according to the box brownies into small squares.  Then melted together equal amounts of chocolate chips and sour cream.  Yes, sour cream and chocolate, don't knock it till you try it.  I used about a half cup of each and that was more than I needed.  It's a bit runny when it's first melted so I let it cool just a little and then put it in a baggie and cut a corner off.  Then with that I piped a blob onto each brownie.  Top that with a raspberry and voila!  YUM.  I think they're good if refrigerated, but you'll have to test this out yourself.  Lots of ways and lots of times, I'm sure!
