Signs of Spring

(there are several flavors of these Easter edition candies or any M&M's will do!)

Bird's Nest Cookies:

First toast some coconut:

Then take the cookie dough and roll it in the coconut:
(Little hands love to help with this)

Make an indention to shape them like birds nests and bake them:

Let them cool:

And get the little hands to help you put the 'eggs' in them:

So cute and so yummy!
