Most people are looking for a healthy way to start the new year. So are we! We've been watching a 6 week webcast series from Proverbs 31 President and author Lysa TerKeurst. She recently authored a book titled Made to Crave. We're excited to learn more about what we can do to be healthier and help our families eat healthier.
One easy change we're trying to make is to add more fiber to our diets. Watch for some fun new recipes meant to amp up our fiber intake. It's important to have a high fiber diet for many reasons, one of which is it helps you stay fuller and eat less. Don't forget, the higher the fiber intake the higher the water intake needs to be.
